Warranty Policy

At Urcarmate, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty & Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures for warranty claims, faulty products and returns.

Urcarmate is a trading brand of MPA Industries VIC Pty Ltd and complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you believe your product is faulty or has been damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

info@urcarmate.com.au

Please include:

your order number or proof of purchase;
a description of the issue;
clear photographs showing the fault or damage where applicable.

If required, we may request that the product, together with all supplied components and accessories, be returned to MPA Industries VIC Pty Ltd for inspection.

Once the product has been assessed, we will advise you of the outcome and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Where the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, Urcarmate will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

12 Month Manufacturer's Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all Urcarmate products are supplied with a 12 Month Manufacturer's Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

misuse;
accidental damage;
incorrect installation;
neglect;
unauthorised modifications;
normal wear and tear;
use outside the intended purpose of the product.

proof of purchase;
your order number;
a description of the issue;
photographs where applicable.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

a replacement or refund for a major failure;
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage;
have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
