These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of products from www.urcarmate.com.au.
By placing an order with Urcarmate, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy.
Product Information
Urcarmate designs and supplies premium aftermarket automotive accessories.
Unless specifically stated, our products are aftermarket accessories and are not genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products.
Our products are designed using precise vehicle measurements and engineering to ensure excellent fitment and functionality. Product specifications may change from time to time as we continue to improve our products.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Colours, finishes and minor design details may vary between production runs or depending on your device's display settings.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required before an order is processed and dispatched.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:
- payment cannot be verified;
- pricing errors have occurred;
- stock is unavailable;
- fraudulent activity is suspected.
Where payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping
Shipping is carried out Australia-wide using Australia Post or registered courier services.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location and courier networks.

Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and our Returns & Refund Policy.
Where a return is approved due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Where a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, Urcarmate will provide the appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, Urcarmate products are covered by a 12 Month Manufacturer's Warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
