At Urcarmate, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges and refunds.
Urcarmate Accessories is a trading brand of MPA Industries VIC Pty Ltd and complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, the product must:
- be unused and in as-new condition;
- be returned in its original packaging;
- include all supplied parts, accessories and instructions;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Products that have been fitted, installed, modified or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for a change of mind refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or you have received the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

- your order number;
- proof of purchase;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photographs where applicable.
Where required, we may request the product be returned to MPA Industries VIC Pty Ltd for inspection.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, including repair, replacement or refund where applicable.
Where the fault is confirmed, Urcarmate will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
- a replacement or refund for a major failure;
- compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage;
- have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges where:
- the product is faulty;
- the incorrect product was supplied;
- the product was damaged during transit.

Non-Returnable Items
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, we cannot accept returns for products that:
- have been used or installed;
- have been modified or altered;
- have been damaged through misuse, abuse or improper installation;
- are missing parts or original packaging due to customer handling.
Return Shipping
For change of mind returns:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returned items.
For approved warranty claims or products that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied:
- Urcarmate will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
