Urcarmate is a premium Australian automotive accessories brand owned and operated by MPA Industries VIC Pty Ltd ("MPA Industries", "Urcarmate", "we", "our" or "us").

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of www.urcarmate.com.au (the "Website") and the purchase of products sold under the Urcarmate brand.

Urcarmate Accessories is a trading brand of MPA Industries VIC Pty Ltd, a company based in Victoria, Australia.

We design, manufacture and distribute innovative automotive accessories that enhance the functionality, protection and enjoyment of passenger and commercial vehicles.

If an obvious pricing error occurs after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order only and does not constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where:

payment cannot be verified;
stock is unavailable;
fraudulent activity is suspected;
incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
we reasonably believe the order has been placed for unauthorized resale.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be provided.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

public holidays;
regional delivery locations;
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the nominated freight carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Products

If you believe a product is faulty or has been damaged during transit, please contact us at info@mpaindustries.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

your order number or proof of purchase;
a description of the issue;
clear photographs where applicable.

Where required, we may request that the product, together with all supplied components and accessories, be returned to MPA Industries VIC Pty Ltd for inspection.

Following assessment, we will determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.

Nothing contained in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Manufacturer's Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, Urcarmate products are supplied with a 12 Month Manufacturer's Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

misuse;
accidental damage;
improper installation;
unauthorized modifications;
normal wear and tear;
neglect;
use outside the intended purpose of the product.

Proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

11. Product Installation & Safe Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed correctly and used in accordance with any supplied instructions.

MPA Industries VIC Pty Ltd is not responsible for damage resulting from:

incorrect installation;
misuse;
unauthorized modifications;
failure to follow installation or care instructions;
use of a product outside its intended purpose.

12. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this Website, including but not limited to:

the Urcarmate name;
logos;
trademarks;
patents;
product designs;
text;
graphics;
photographs;
videos;
website design;
downloadable material;

is owned by or licensed to MPA Industries VIC Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

No part of this Website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used without our prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPA Industries VIC Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this Website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
